The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer shall pay. Prices are indicated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include all taxes and additional costs. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

By placing an order for products through this service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The agreement is binding for both parties once the buyer has placed an order. However, the agreement is not binding if there has been an error in the seller's offer or in the buyer's order, which the other party realised or should have realised was an error.

Payment is due immediately at the time of order. Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, and other credit cards that are accepted by our payment partner Stripe. Transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. All card purchases are free of charge.

If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day the service becomes available.

Delivery has occurred when the buyer, or his representative, gains access to the course/membership. Personalised access information for digital products will be sent to the email address registered during payment for the product. Cancellation and Postponement

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone programs due to reasons beyond our control. In the event of cancellation of activities, the course participant will receive a refund of the membership fee. In the event of postponement, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.

Force majeure

If Sandra Brastein Nutrition (SB Nutrition) is prevented from delivering or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance out of our control, Sandra Brastein Nutrition is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaints and will credit the purchase price of the defective goods.

Sales conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may cancel the purchase of the goods in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The Norwegian "Angrerettloven" (Right of withdrawl law) does not apply for delivery of digital services that are not delivered physically, as long as the consumer has confirmed commencement of delivery and understands that they forgo their right to withdrawl. This encompasses for example products which are downloaded from the internet or which are sent as attachments by email.

The data controller for the collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer consents to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the agreement with the buyer, or in cases prescribed by law.

You purchase access to the course / membership content during your paid membership period. All products / services from Sandra Brastein Nutrition (SB Nutrition) are protected by copyright.

The product is for personal use only - and for ONE user. When you register, you will receive a username and password. This user profile is used to log in to the course and member portal. If you wish to share content with others, each person must purchase access individually.

You may not use the product or the material in the product in a way that infringes our rights, or in a way that has not been authorised by Sandra Brastein Nutrition (SB Nutrition). You may not copy, modify, publish, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute any material from the product. Sharing or uploading product files for sharing on websites is considered theft and will be reported according to the law.

You may download and / or print pages from the website for personal, non-commercial use. This assumes that all copyrights and proprietary rights are retained.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

We respect your privacy, and we ask that you also respect the privacy of other members/course participants. Agreeing to these terms and conditions is also considered a mutual agreement of confidentiality. We ask that all members/participants respect this, and that you do not share further things that are shared in our online forums or booklets. You may of course discuss your personal results from our services, nutritional advice and tips. All experiences and statements, oral or written, from all other members must be kept strictly confidential.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
